We consult before we design, and we design before we build

Preservation Design Consultant and Architect to design preservation plans that protect historic structures because historic structures need a contract that's a specialist.

Consulting

Every project begins with understanding the building - its history, its condition, and what it needs. We assess existing conditions, identify constraints, and provide prioritized recommendations before any work begins.

Design

Most problems found in construction can be solved in the design stage - we plan thoroughly so construction runs cleanly by providing design, construction documents, clear scope of work, selections, and regulatory approvals.

RK Wootten Residence located in Chickasha that was later sold to the Fulton Motor Company Family. Exterior restoration is being completed on this historic home by Old Home Rescue, a historic preservation specialty contractor.

Historic Preservation Consulting at the Harn Homestead on the Harn House, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, to assess deferred maintenance and existing conditions.

Build

We build to last. Combining traditional methods with modern building science, we restore the historic character, address the building failures, and thoughtful complete updates - so the building stands for another hundred years.
