Before we schedule a project with you or pay you, we need you to complete some paperwork.

Here is a list of what we need:

• Copy of General Liability Insurance

• Copy of Workers Comp Insurance or Affidavit of Exemption Status WC

• Subcontractor Agreement

• W9

• Complete Bill.com Enrollment

• Old Home Rescue Letter
