Whole-Home Exteriors
Comprehensive preservation and restoration of your home’s entire exterior, reversing years of neglect, poor repairs, and non-historic alterations to restore its original beauty and lasting integrity.

Our Process
Design Build
- During a Google Meet video call, we’ll review photos you’ve provided and discuss your project goals, budget, and any initial recommendations.
- Following this consultation, we’ll send you a pre-construction services package tailored to your project needs.
Project Planning
This step is the foundation of a successful project. During this step we:
- Document existing conditions.
- Research traditional and modern building science, methods, and products relevant to the project.
- Develop project recommendations based on historic preservation standards and your goals.
- Create a detailed timeline and/or project phases.
- Build a clear, biddable scope of work to ensure alignment between you, our team, and trade partners.
- Complete additional tailored items, such as 3D renderings, mortar analysis, or other project-specific needs.
- Provide construction documents and plans if needed for your project.
- Develop a proposal that balances your building’s needs, exterior home remodeling needs, your overall vision, and budget.
- Review your proposal in person or virtually to address any questions you may have.
Project Handoff & Start
Once your project’s proposal is approved, we will hand your project over to our subcontractors team for execution, which includes:
- Gathering final details.
- Assigning an experienced Project Manager to oversee your project.
- Schedule a project handoff meeting with your Project Manager and Superintendent.
- Assign a Superintendent to manage trade partners and complete specific scopes of work.
- Scheduling a start date and preparing for execution.
- Beginning the project with clear daily updates and communication via our project management platform, JobTread.
